Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Draft Paper at 4.4 against GAF INSPECT's 1.7. Draft Paper also leads on update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 5 months) and ratings volume (16K vs 3). GAF INSPECT's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and iOS requirement (8.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.
