Dovoljna je internet konekcija, nalog na eTrust portalu i mobilna aplikacija eTrust autentifikator. eTrust web portal se bazira na dvofaktorskoj autentifikaciji gdje se, osim korisničkog naloga i šifre, koristi i eTrust autentifikator mobilna aplikacija. eTrust autentifikator je sastavni dio platforme bazirane na Cloud-u i obuhvata skup alata za upravljanje elektronskim dokumentima i transakcijama. Osim što predstavlja drugi faktor autentifikacije, eTrust autentifikator pruža uvid u ključne podatke uskladištene na korisničkom nalogu i čini mnogo funkcija platforme dostupnim direktno sa mobilnog uređaja. eTrust je web portal za digitalno potpisivanje, pečatiranje, verifikovanje i vremensko pečatiranje dokumenata i obuhvata sigurnu šemu autentifikacije za jednokratnu prijavu (SSO).
