Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: DestinFM at 100% against CMA Connect's 18%. DestinFM also leads on rating (5.0 vs 3.5). CMA Connect's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 2 months vs every 6 months). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

DestinFM holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: CMA Connect has 92 ratings behind it against 15, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 18% of CMA Connect's written reviews are positive against 100% of DestinFM's.
CMA Connect ships an update every 2 months, DestinFM every 6 months. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 6, 2026 respectively.
