Issues get flagged before they turn into rework or delays, trades stay aligned on daily priorities and weekly commitments, and leadership sees verified progress they can trust. This closed loop of visibility and follow-through means fewer surprises, cleaner handoffs, and a steady flow of work that protects margin and keeps projects on track.
