Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: HoopQueue at 5.0 against SendOutCards's 3.9. HoopQueue also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 67%) and update cadence (every 10 days vs every 2 months). SendOutCards's advantage is ratings volume (369 vs 3) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
