Verdict
KeyMood and زخرفة both sit at 4.3 stars, but that hides the real split: 78% of KeyMood's written reviews are positive against 50% of زخرفة's. KeyMood also leads on update cadence (every 2 months vs every 9 months) and ratings volume (5.9K vs 440). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. KeyMood sells 4 one-off in-app purchases and زخرفة sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.3 for KeyMood against 4.2 for زخرفة. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: KeyMood has 5.9K ratings behind it against 440, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 78% of KeyMood's written reviews are positive against 50% of زخرفة's.
KeyMood ships an update every 2 months, زخرفة every 9 months. The most recent releases landed on November 6, 2026 and November 1, 2026 respectively.
