Verdict
The clearest difference is update cadence: 100% at every 5 days against Twenty's every 2 months. Twenty's advantage is rating (4.7 vs 4.5) and ratings volume (490 vs 39). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Twenty sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and 100% sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
Twenty holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Twenty has 490 ratings behind it against 39, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 91% of Twenty's written reviews are positive against 80% of 100%'s.
Twenty ships an update every 2 months, 100% every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
