Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: FieldMap Pro at 5.0 against Touch GIS's 4.0. FieldMap Pro also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 2) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.6). Touch GIS's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (32 vs 3). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.
