J'en apprends plus dur le handicap en milieu professionnel, pour devenir un collègue handibienveillant ! A travers différents parcours, je découvre : - Les principaux types de handicaps, leurs conséquences et modalités possibles de compensation. - Les stéréotypes qui gravitent autour du handicap. - Les chiffres clés , pour disposer de repères statistiques sur le handicap en France. - Les sigles les plus courants, pour me repérer dans le "jargon" Hadicap. - La reconnaissance de la qualité de travailleur handicapé : à qui est-elle destinée et à quoi sert-elle ? - Les conseils pratiques, handicap par handicap, pour me permettre de développer mon handibienveillance. L'application HandicApp me propose des contenus accessibles tout le temps, partout et sur tous les supports digitaux (smartphones, tablettes, ordinateurs portables). Je progresse à mon rythme et choisis mon programme en fonction du temps dont je dispose. HandicApp me propose différents modes d'apprentissage, sous une forme ludique et dynamique.
