Based on this information, users may then choose suitable building professional / registered building contractor to carry out the works. Users may also learn more about the required procedures for carrying out minor works, the Household Minor Works Validation Scheme / Validation Scheme for Unauthorised Signboards, using this App. *The MWCS is implemented by the Buildings Department under the Buildings Ordinance.
