MyChap vs Chap.App

Enables employees at client companies of Marketplace Chaplains and Marketplace Care Canada immediate and easy access to their assigned Care Team. Users simply need to enter their Company ID# (provided by their company HR department) and will gain access to interface with their team members via phone, text, email or personalized request for an appointment or resources through the “Connect” form. Additional resources pertaining to a myriad of life issues are available by category for users browse and use exclusively through MyChap. The information shared with team members via this app is strictly confidential unless there is a direct threat to a life, information about harming someone or if a law is being broken. Requires a persistent internet connection to work.

ChapApp greatly enhances face time and relational connection between Navy Chaplains and those they serve when physical presence is not possible or practical. This is done through various functions for Call, Text, and Video Meetings at the tap of a button. It promotes programs/articles/videos through rolling push notifications, and gives members dependable and easy confidential access in real time. The App also features a prayer wall that helps identify the spiritual pulse and needs of the community, as well as information about CREDO relationship retreats and emergency resources that can be dialed at the click of a button.
