The clearest difference is rating: Clicka! at 4.7 against Hit the Dot's 4.2. Clicka! also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and ratings volume (2.9K vs 32). Hit the Dot's advantage is iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Hit the Dot sells 3 one-off in-app purchases and Clicka! sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
Clicka! holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Clicka! has 2.9K ratings behind it against 32, so its average is the more settled of the two.
