Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Slidezilla at 4.1 against Mynimal's 3.3. Slidezilla also leads on update cadence (every 6 weeks vs every 27 months) and ratings volume (247 vs 3). Mynimal's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and ads (none vs shown). On price, review sentiment and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Slidezilla sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Mynimal asks for nothing beyond the download.
Slidezilla holds the better App Store score, 4.1 against 3.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Slidezilla has 247 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 64% of Slidezilla's written reviews are positive against 67% of Mynimal's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Slidezilla ships an update every 6 weeks, Mynimal every 27 months. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and September 30, 2026 respectively.
