A clear sky and a good sunset aren't the same thing. Sunset Mania reads the weather right at YOUR sunset or sunrise — not the current conditions — and tells you in one number, hours ahead, whether it's worth grabbing the camera. WHAT IT LOOKS AT Same things you'd check yourself, weighed against the forecast: • The clouds — wispy high cloud and patchy mid-level catch the light and glow; a bare sky is flat and a grey lid smothers it • A clear horizon — the colour only fires if the sun finds a gap low on its side of the sky • Clean air — crisp, dry air makes colour pop; haze and pollution wash it out • The afterglow — the pinks and golds that hang on after the sun's gone It leans on more than one weather model and shows you how confident that outlook really is — so you know when to trust it and when to look again later. FREE, EVERY DAY • Tonight and tomorrow, scored 0–100 with a plain verdict: Grab your camera / Maybe / Skip • Golden-hour window and exactly where the sun will drop • Today's Light — golden hour, blue hour, and twilight times on a beautiful sun-path timeline. • 3-day outlook • Little flags worth chasing: golden clouds, storm light, fog, mirror-calm water • A great-evening alert — a heads-up when a night clears your score threshold • A home & lock screen widget with a live countdown • A shot log — rate what you actually saw and the app learns how well its calls match your evenings PREMIUM • Extended photo calendar — up to 16 days out, with per-day model confidence • Moon & photo intel — moon phase, rise/set and direction, plus storm-light and fog signals • Stargazing forecast — hour-by-hour night-sky quality, moonlight wash-out, and visible International Space Station passes • Worth-the-drive map — nearby spots shaded for where the light, or the dark, will be best Premium is a subscription — annual with a 7-day free trial, or monthly.
