Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: Vharmonika at 100% against Music World +'s 33%. Vharmonika also leads on iOS requirement (10.0 vs 15.4). Music World +'s advantage is rating (3.9 vs 2.6) and ratings volume (32 vs 5). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Vharmonika sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and Music World + sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
Music World + holds the better App Store score, 3.9 against 2.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Music World + has 32 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Vharmonika's written reviews are positive against 33% of Music World +'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Vharmonika ships an update monthly, Music World + every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
