Verdict
Auricula and Intervals both sit at 4.8 stars, but that hides the real split: 79% of Auricula's written reviews are positive against 0% of Intervals's. Auricula also leads on ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 3 months vs every 10 months). Intervals's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 16.6). On price, rating and device support there is nothing between them.
