Kaddish (Aramaic קַדִּישׁ – holy) is a unique and exalted prayer/declaration which sanctifies the name of G-d and expresses our burning desire for the time when "His great name grow exalted and sanctified" throughout the world. Interestingly, the name of G-d is not mentioned even once in the entire kaddish; only a reference to His great name. The text of Kaddish is mostly in the Aramaic language. It is recited a few times during the prayer services, but only when a Minyan (gathering of ten or more men over the age of thirteen) is present. Reciting Kaddish during prayer guarantees acceptance of one's prayer in Heaven. Furthermore, the Kaddish which is recited by a mourner on behalf of a deceased relative (Mourner's Kaddish) has the power to protect the soul of the departed from the punishments in the next world. There are four types of Kaddish: Kaddish Shalem (full Kaddish), Chatzi Kaddish (half Kaddish), Kaddish D’rabanan (Rabbis’ Kaddish) and Kaddish Yatom (mourner’s Kaddish). Our App. offers two types of Kaddish – Kaddish D’rabanan and Kaddish Yatom. Kaddish D’rabanan (in Sefardic communities it is called Kaddish Al Yisrael) is recited after any learning that pertains to the Oral Torah (i.e. Mishnah or Talmud, etc.). The uniqueness of this Kaddish is that it contains a prayer for the well-being of those who learn Torah. Kaddish Yatom is recited by the male mourners of behalf of their deceased close relatives (father, mother, brother, sister, wife, son, daughter). For a parent, Kaddish Yatom is recited during the eleven months following burial, and for a sibling, spouse or child during the first thirty days following the burial. It must be recited with a Minyan during every prayer. Our App is presented to you with the blessings of honorable Rabbis from Israel and Russia. We would like to express our gratitude to all who participated in creating this program. Editors: Rav Aaron Medenaradze, Rav Leib Gelfand and Rav Eliezer Stefansky. Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Бухарский at 5.0 against Kaddish's 3.0. Бухарский also leads on ratings volume (17 vs 2) and device support (3 vs 1). Kaddish's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Бухарский holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Бухарский has 17 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.
Kaddish ships an update every 13 months, Бухарский every 12 months. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and November 2, 2026 respectively.
