Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Alpha M holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.3. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 56 and 17 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 80% of Alpha M's written reviews are positive against 91% of Condos Only's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Alpha M ships an update every 14 months, Condos Only every 22 months. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 10, 2026 respectively.
