BM Exito används av kommuner och entreprenörer för att kalla ut personal på olika typer av uppdrag. Appen tar emot uppdrag från en kontorsapplikationstjänst som tillhandahålls av BM System. Uppdragen kan t.ex. handla om att snöröja och halkbekämpa vägar. Om man väljer att tacka ja till uppdraget anger man sedan när man påbörjar och när man slutför uppdraget. Från kontorsapplikationen kan man i realtid följa hur långt de olika uppdragen har hunnit. BM Exito använder push-notifieringar för att uppmärksamma användaren på att nya uppdrag mottagits då appen inte är aktiv.
