Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: إرم نيوز at 5.0 against Al's 2.4. إرم نيوز also leads on update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 9 months) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.0). Al's advantage is ratings volume (7 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
