Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: MantisX at none against Rifle's 10. MantisX also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 67%) and update cadence (every 2 months vs every 8 months). Rifle's advantage is ratings volume (24 vs 8) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 13.0). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.
