Verdict
The clearest difference is price: Harmony Cloud Pro at Free against DoubleTime Metronome's $2.99. Harmony Cloud Pro also leads on update cadence (weekly vs every 29 months) and rating (5.0 vs 4.7). DoubleTime Metronome's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 2) and iOS requirement (9.0 vs 15.1). On review sentiment, ads and device support there is nothing between them.
