Access your UrVenue account through our scanner app to swiftly check in your guests. Select your venue, the date, a room and you’re ready to begin scanning. You can check in guests with the scanner or you can do it manually. Urvenue scanner was created to checkin ticket sales processed through UrVenue. However, you can also import ticket sales processed through a third party to scan through our app.

XL Sidekick collects diagnostic and other data that is not linked to you for app functionality. The data transmitted from Sidekick to the XL device is typically the same information entered at the Vorne XL device using barcodes and/or a touchscreen interface.
