About

SteadySteps Math

Features

SteadySteps turns a short placement check and every answer into adaptive Grades 2-8 practice, question-specific Teach Me lessons, and a focused ten-minute Parent Plan. A required starting check identifies a useful place to begin. From there, practice adapts to independent answers, supported answers, recent accuracy, and skills due for review. Each daily session starts with three Math Facts and ends with a concise review of what the child practiced. When a child needs help, Teach Me explains the exact idea in clear, question-specific steps without simply giving away the answer. A full-screen scratchpad provides room to draw and work. Parents can see learning evidence, coverage, missed answers, and progress by topic. Parent Plan turns recent work into a focused ten-minute session, and a weekly PDF can be shared with a teacher or tutor. Features include: - Placement-led adaptive practice for Grades 2-8 - Question-specific Teach Me lessons - Full-screen drawing scratchpad - Math Facts practice and reference material - Parent Plan based on actual missed answers - Learning progress and local PDF reporting - Optional practice reminders - Offline child profiles and progress with private Apple-to-Apple iCloud sync No SteadySteps account is required. Progress remains available offline and, by default, can follow the parent's iCloud account between Apple devices. Sync can be turned off and its private iCloud copy deleted in the app. Apple and Android progress do not sync with each other. Good Guys Labs does not operate a learner-data server or receive the private iCloud copy. The app contains no third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking. An active auto-renewing monthly subscription is required after onboarding. Eligible new subscribers receive a three-day free trial.
