DQS Mobile vs Glasyn

This is the official Racing Weight Diet Quality Score App, now with the ability to save your DQS data for as long as you want and view graphs of your progress over time! This app allows you to calculate your daily Diet Quality Score (DQS) as described in Matt Fitzgerald's book, Racing Weight. The Diet Quality Score is a simple instrument that allows athletes to measure the overall quality of their diet. The DQS Mobile app was designed to make it as easy as possible to calculate a Diet Quality Score each day. As you eat throughout the day, enter the servings of each category of food that you consume. Tap a box to consume one serving of that category, tap it again and it will become a half serving, and one more tap will set it back to zero for that box. You can tap the category name to view an explanation of what foods fall under that category. Your total DQS score for the day is shown in the upper right corner of the page. DQS data is saved for each day you track it. You can also log your weight and body fat % on the bottom of the Tracking page. We recommend you log your weight no more than once per week. The Graphs page lets you see how you are doing with your Diet Quality Score over time. You can view your data over the last week, month or year. When viewing yearly data, it is displayed as 52 week-long averages. You can view graphs showing your total DQS, your weight, or your DQS score by specific category. You can set a target weight, body fat % and a target DQS score on the Profile page. Glasyn is a calm, private diary for hot flashes, with an optional daily check-in for how each day felt. Log a hot flash in two taps, watch your own patterns take shape, and walk into your next appointment with a clear summary to share. WHAT YOU CAN DO - Log in two taps. Tap the button, choose how strong it was, and you are done. Add a note, a trigger, or the time of day only if you want to. - See your patterns. A simple calendar and insights show how often hot flashes happen, day versus night, and how many woke you up. - Notice what tends to come first. Tag triggers like caffeine, alcohol, stress, or a warm room and see which ones show up most. - Keep a night record. Mark episodes that happened at night and the ones that woke you, so sleep is part of the picture. - Note how the day felt. An optional daily check-in records mood, sleep, joint or muscle ache, and foggy thinking, in your own words, so the picture is more than hot flashes alone. MADE FOR THE CONVERSATION WITH YOUR DOCTOR Appointments are short. Glasyn turns weeks of entries into one clear page you can hand to your clinician, as a PDF, with a CSV of the raw data if they want the detail. It is organized, easy to read, and ready to discuss. PRIVATE BY DESIGN - Everything stays on your iPhone. Nothing is uploaded. - No account to create. No sign-up, no email. - No ads, no tracking, and your information is never sold or shared. SIMPLE ENOUGH TO ACTUALLY USE Large text, plain words, and one clear action on every screen. Built to be quick when you are warm and uncomfortable, not one more thing to manage. GLASYN PLUS Logging is always free and unlimited. Glasyn Plus unlocks the doctor report and full insights. Choose monthly ($4.99, 7-day free trial), yearly ($39.99, 14-day free trial), or a one-time lifetime purchase ($59.99). Manage or cancel any time in your Apple ID settings. Glasyn is a personal wellness diary. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not describe menopausal status. Always talk with a qualified healthcare provider about your health. Glasyn Plus is an auto-renewable subscription (or a one-time Lifetime purchase).
