Great ideas don't wait for your desk. On the move, out of the office, on the way back from a meeting — "voice memos" used to mean recording, transferring to a PC, pasting into a summary service, and copying the result into your own tools. Recapper folds that whole round trip into one step. Just speak. Your words are transcribed on the spot, turned into a summary and to-dos, and delivered straight to Obsidian, Reminders, and Calendar. By the time you're home, your action items are already where they belong. ■ Fully on-device speech recognition - Real-time transcription (Japanese, English, and more). Nothing is sent to a network for recognition - Works in airplane mode — confidential meetings and private voice memos stay on your device - No analytics, no ads, no tracking ■ From speech to something you can use - Automatic summaries and to-dos. Choose your engine: on-device AI, keyless Recapper Cloud (generated by Google Gemini via our relay server — content is never stored), or your own API key (GPT / Gemini / Claude) - Cloud summaries run only when you select them in Settings; the default is on-device - Customizable summary prompts - Meeting-minutes format with timestamps and participants - Full-text search across your history — participants, context, every utterance ■ Delivered to your everyday tools - Obsidian: Markdown with timestamps, summary, and to-dos written straight into your vault - Apple Reminders / Calendar: register to-dos and events on the spot - Notion / Slack / Webhook (Pro): send results to where your team already works ■ On Mac and iPhone - Universal purchase — buy once, Pro unlocks on both Mac and iPhone - Mac: also captures the other side of online meetings (system audio) — meeting minutes, hands-free - iPhone: optimized for in-person conversations, lectures, and voice memos - A visible indicator is always shown while recording. When recording calls or meetings, please make sure you have the other participants' consent where required ■ Pricing The free version includes on-device transcription, summaries, and Obsidian / Reminders / Calendar integration. Plus, on iPhone you can try 5 keyless cloud AI summaries free every month. - Recapper Cloud (monthly subscription): 30 keyless cloud AI summaries per month. No setup, no API key - Recapper Pro (one-time purchase): unlimited summaries with your own API key (GPT / Gemini / Claude) plus Notion / Slack / Webhook integration.
