Meet Aprofy — the study planner built around a timer. Create your subjects, plan your sessions, and track every hour. See exactly how your real study time compares to your plan. ―――――――――――――――――――― YOUR DAILY PLAN ―――――――――――――――――――― Every day, Aprofy suggests a study plan based on your subjects, estimated hours, and exam dates. Accept it as-is, customize it, or build your own from scratch. Your plan adapts to what matters most — subjects falling behind get priority automatically. ―――――――――――――――――――― PLAN YOUR WEEK ―――――――――――――――――――― Use the monthly calendar to assign study blocks to each day. Save your favorite routines as templates and reuse them in one tap. Rest days, custom blocks, full flexibility — your schedule, your way. ―――――――――――――――――――― BUILT-IN STUDY TIMER ―――――――――――――――――――― Start the timer, pick your subject, and study. Aprofy suggests a daily goal per subject based on your pace — hit it and celebrate. When you're done, your session is logged automatically with duration, subject, and topic. You can also log past sessions manually. Every minute counts toward your progress. ―――――――――――――――――――― REAL VS ESTIMATED ―――――――――――――――――――― For each subject, set how many hours you think you'll need. As you study, Aprofy tracks your real hours and shows the comparison. Pace indicators tell you if you're ahead, behind, or on track — so you can adjust before it's too late. ―――――――――――――――――――― EXAMS & GRADES ―――――――――――――――――――― Log your exams — midterms, finals, assignments, papers — and record your grades as you go. See upcoming exams with a countdown on your home screen, with alerts when they're close. Check your grade report in Stats to always know where you stand. ―――――――――――――――――――― STATS & STREAKS ―――――――――――――――――――― Track total hours, daily average, study streak, and sessions per subject. View your activity heatmap, hours-per-day chart, and subject ranking. See personal records for best session, best day, and best week. ―――――――――――――――――――― SUBJECTS & TOPICS ―――――――――――――――――――― · Create subjects with name, emoji, estimated hours, and exam date · Break subjects into topics to track progress at a granular level · Mark topics as complete as you go · See overall progress per subject and across your entire plan · Complete a subject and celebrate with confetti and a full stats summary ―――――――――――――――――――― MAKE IT YOURS ―――――――――――――――――――― · Light, dark, and system mode · Study reminders — choose your time and days · English & Spanish · No ads. Ever. ―――――――――――――――――――― FREE & PREMIUM ―――――――――――――――――――― Aprofy is free to use with up to 3 subjects and full timer access. Upgrade to Premium for unlimited subjects, full statistics, and more.
