Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: Fetch TCG at 93% against crowdDJ's 36%. Fetch TCG also leads on update cadence (every 4 days vs every 2 months). crowdDJ's advantage is rating (4.1 vs 3.5) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
crowdDJ holds the better App Store score, 4.1 against 3.5. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 12 and 4 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 36% of crowdDJ's written reviews are positive against 93% of Fetch TCG's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
crowdDJ ships an update every 2 months, Fetch TCG every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
