Countdown Widget Timer also leads on update cadence (every 6 weeks vs every 25 months) and ratings volume (484 vs 41). Countdown Widget Timer holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Countdown Widget Timer has 484 ratings behind it against 41, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of DailyReminder ※'s written reviews are positive against 43% of Countdown Widget Timer's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
DailyReminder ※ ships an update every 25 months, Countdown Widget Timer every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 17, 2026 respectively.
