About

CRM Synthesis

Features

CRM Synthesis is a CRM solution designed for the solo sales or support professional: someone who wants serious customer relationship tools without a web-service subscription, advertisements, in-app purchases, upgrade tiers, or vendor lock-in. Both the iOS and macOS versions offer full functionality. No features are held back for a separate “premium” version, and there are no monthly fees. CRM Synthesis will store your data in your own iCloud account, not on any other servers. Your records and preferences will sync across your Apple devices without requiring any hosted CRM service. CRM Synthesis supports robust import and export options, including CSV and hierarchical JSON, so you can back up your data, move it between systems, or leave our product just as easily as you adopted it. CRM Synthesis supports Light Mode and Dark Mode, adjustable font scaling, general accessibility, and personalization. Basic Features CRM Synthesis supports core Customer Relationship Management workflows. You can create Organization records, related Contact records, and History records that track communication with each contact. You can also create Tasks, Opportunities, Cases and Assets. There is an email client, Apple Calendar integration, and support for both managing Notes in folder hierarchies and alternatively developing a Glossary. You can easily switch between these feature sets, and you can hide those you don’t use. Multiple Database Support CRM Synthesis lets you create separate databases for different purposes. You can use different databases for established clients and prospects, different product lines, or unrelated business efforts. Custom Properties You can customize user-defined fields for different record types, to best fit your business.
