Bkav SmartHome là phần mềm điều khiển hệ thống nhà thông minh. Phần mềm mô phỏng không gian nhà dưới dạng 3D, người dùng có thể xem nhà dưới các góc nhìn khác nhau trong phòng và chuyển đổi giữa các phòng khác nhau. Các thiết bị được điều khiển trong nhà như: đèn, rèm, điều hòa … được thể hiện dưới dạng các biểu tượng, người dùng điều khiển các thiết bị bằng cách tương tác tới các biểu tượng trong không gian. Trạng thái hoạt động của các thiết bị được thể hiện dưới dạng hình ảnh, màu sắc, văn bản.
