For Catholics engaged in real spiritual warfare. Sub Tuum is a daily companion built on the traditional Catholic framework for prayer, deliverance, and the interior life — the same framework the saints relied on and the Church has kept for centuries. It assumes you know what a scapular is, why the Rosary matters, and that the devil is real. BEGIN WITH DISCERNMENT A traditional spiritual assessment helps you see clearly what you are facing — ordinary temptation, oppression, obsession, infestation, or something that requires a priest immediately. No guesswork, no sensationalism. Just the Church's long framework, honestly applied. Your personalized battle plan is calibrated from your answers. A DAILY RULE OF PRAYER Your prayers appear each morning, organized by time of day. Morning offerings. Prayer to St. Michael. The Angelus at noon. The Rosary in the evening. Deliverance prayers where appropriate. Tap any prayer to read its full text in English and traditional Latin side by side. Mark it offered. Build the day, prayer by prayer. THE ROSARY IN FULL Pray the complete Rosary with all four mystery sets — including the traditional 15-decade Dominican Rosary. Every bead shows the full prayer text. Every mystery includes its meditation and spiritual fruit. Visual mode with progress ring, or minimal mode for distraction-free prayer. The Chaplet of Divine Mercy is included complete. EXAMINATION OF CONSCIENCE, PROTECTED Examine your conscience by the Ten Commandments or the Seven Capital Sins. Your journal is locked behind Face ID, Touch ID, or your passcode. Your sins are between you and God — and a priest in the confessional. Not us. Not Apple. Not anyone. HONEST PROGRESS TRACKING Weekly and monthly trend charts. Calendar heatmaps showing the shape of your spiritual life. Per-sin frequency so you can see which struggles are easing and which are not. View progress since your last confession, or across your lifetime. Quiet, truthful, never gamified. SACRAMENTAL ANCHORS Log your confessions. Watch the days pass. Be reminded gently when it has been too long. Keep Sunday Mass on your mind without being scolded. PRIVACY IS NON-NEGOTIABLE Your data stays on your device and your own private iCloud. No servers. No accounts. No analytics. No ads. No third-party SDKs. We literally cannot see your prayers, your examinations, or your confessions, because the data never leaves your control. Verified in the App Privacy section above: data collected = none. APPLE WATCH COMPANION Glance at your wrist to see today's rule. Tap a prayer to mark it offered. A watch face complication shows your day's progress. Haptic confirmation when prayers complete. The Rosary can be prayed entirely from the watch. FOR WHOM Catholics serious about prayer. Those drawn to the Traditional Latin Mass. Those working through spiritual struggles under the guidance of a priest. Anyone who wants a companion for the interior life rather than a habit-tracking gimmick. WHAT THIS APP IS NOT Sub Tuum is not a substitute for a priest, the sacraments, or a trained exorcist. Where your situation calls for one, the app will say so plainly and direct you to seek proper help. Exorcism belongs to ordained priests with episcopal authorization, not to applications. ON REFERENCES The framework draws from traditional Catholic teaching on spiritual warfare, particularly as articulated by Fr. Chad Ripperger. Where his book Deliverance Prayers: For Use by the Laity (Sensus Traditionis Press) would complete a user's daily rule, the app refers you to the book rather than reproducing its contents. "Sub tuum praesidium confugimus, sancta Dei Genetrix." We fly to thy patronage, O holy Mother of God.
