HiCal vs Enkily

Organize yourselves for your classes, projects, or company with HiCal, the collaborative calendar! Create or join your class’ or club’s group, and get your shared timetable in your pocket. You can be part of multiple groups. You will receive Push notifications each time that a group’s event is modified, or an event is commented. Event repetition is supported (including “once every two weeks”). HiCal helps you to organize yourself and to collaborate with your friends and colleagues in different situations: - Students and pupils: Add comments to a lesson at a given day, to indicate homework and exams for example, and they will instantly be synced across smartphones and tablets, and shared with your class. You will not ever ask yourself again what is left to do: the answer will be in your pocket, up-to-date, at any moment. Even if only one person indicates the exams to come, everyone will be aware: one for all, and all for one! - Projects: Determine deadlines with your teammates, and discuss them in the comments! Your project is a secret? Then create a secret group, which will be hidden from the group search results. Only the people you add will be able to join the group. - Companies, clubs and organizations: Write down meetings’ or activities’ dates and locations, suggest or edit in real time, and instantly update all your fellows of a schedule change, thanks to push notifications. - Organize public events: Create a group, open to everyone, to let people stay tuned about your upcoming events! In this kind of group, only the group’s administrators can create or edit events. Thus, you can share your events, your live sessions for example if you’re a band, while keeping control. And if something unexpected happens, you can inform group’s members thanks to comments and push notifications! - Education: If you are an educational institution (school, college, university...), you can also use HiCal, by creating a group for each class or course, and inviting your students in them. Simplify your teachers’ and students’ life with HiCal!

You had the thought in the car. By the time you parked, it was gone. Or you wrote it down, somewhere, in one of five apps, and never saw it again. Enkily is for the second half of that problem. Say it once, the way it comes out: messy, all at once, out of order. Enkily files each piece where you already look, and brings it back when you ask. WHY NOTES DON'T WORK FOR YOU Capturing a thought was never the hard part. Keeping up the system is. Folders, tags, a weekly review. The maintenance is what kills it, and "out of sight, out of mind" is not a character flaw. Enkily does the sorting so there is no system to keep up. SAY IT ONCE Tap once and talk, or type. One sentence can hold three things: "Dentist Thursday at 2, text Sam about the lease, and Maya said the blue folder is in the garage." That becomes a Calendar event, a reminder, and a note you can find later. You never pick a category. FIND IT LATER Ask "where's the blue folder?" or "what did Maya say?" and Enkily searches by meaning, not exact words. You don't have to remember how you phrased it. IT FOLLOWS UP, GENTLY Tell Enkily "I told Mike I'd send the proposal Friday" and it checks in before Friday, then lets it go. No streaks. No guilt. IT LANDS WHERE YOU ALREADY LOOK Apple Reminders and Apple Calendar. Enkily does not ask you to live in another app. FASTER THAN OPENING THE APP Say "Capture in Enkily" to Siri, or use Shortcuts, widgets and the Share Sheet. BUILT FOR BRAINS THAT MOVE FAST Made for ADHD minds, parents holding a hundred details, and anyone who has lost a good idea between the thought and the note. YOUR PRIVACY - Speech is transcribed on your device with Apple's Speech framework. - Sorting what you said requires your explicit consent, and every processor we use (Anthropic, Supabase) is named inside the app. - Export or delete all of your data at any time. PRICING Enkily is free to start. Enkily Pro is $7.99/month or $69/year, with a 7-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
