Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Constitutional Compromise holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 2.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Co has 17 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 8% of Co's written reviews are positive against 0% of Constitutional Compromise's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Co ships an update every 4 months, Constitutional Compromise every 5 months. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and November 4, 2026 respectively.
