Osushi Counter (おすしカウンター) helps you keep track of your bill at a conveyor-belt sushi restaurant while you eat. Enter a plate price, tap + each time you take a plate, and see your total and plate count right away. KEY FEATURES - Count plates Enter a plate price and tap Add, then tap + for each plate you take. The total and the number of plates update automatically. Plates with the same price but a different color count as separate plates. - Colors and names for plates Choose a plate color from 11 options, such as red, blue, gold, and silver. You can also give a plate a name (up to 20 characters), like the one the restaurant uses. - Save your favorite restaurants Save the current plate prices, names, and colors with a restaurant name. Next time you go there, pick the restaurant from the button at the top left to set up all your plates. You can also rename, delete, and reorder restaurants. - Split the bill Choose the number of people to see the amount per person. - Prices with or without tax Switch between prices that include tax and prices that exclude it. For prices without tax, the app adds the tax rate you set in Settings to the total. - Budget alerts Set a budget in Settings to see how much is left. When your total reaches 80% of the budget, the app alerts you with a color change and a vibration (on devices that support it). If you go over, it shows by how much. - Share your bill Share the total, the count for each plate, and the split amount as text. - Meal history When you finish eating, tap the reset button at the top right and choose Save and Start New Meal. Look back at your meals from the button at the top left, with monthly totals for the amount, plates, and number of meals. Each meal also keeps the restaurant name, so you can filter by restaurant and see totals for each one. - Conveyor lane Pictures of sushi move along a lane near the bottom of the main screen. Name a plate "Salmon", "Ramen", or "Pudding", for example, and a matching picture moves along. The lane is only decoration, and it stops when Reduce Motion is on. GOOD TO KNOW - Prices are entered in Japanese yen. - Your plate prices, settings, and meal history stay on your device. The app sends your bill text only when you choose to share it. - No account is needed. The app works offline, but ads need a network connection. - The app is free and shows ads. The plate list shows one ad for every five plate types. When you add a plate, the app may ask whether you want to watch an ad (once every five plate types). If you choose Yes, the plate is added after the ad. If you choose No, the plate is not added. - On first launch, the app asks whether to allow tracking for ads. Every feature works whichever you choose. - Works on iPhone with iOS 18.0 or later, in portrait orientation. - Available in Japanese and English.

Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: TableCheck Manager at none against Osushi Counter's shown. TableCheck Manager also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.8 vs 18.0). Osushi Counter's advantage is update cadence (monthly vs every 3 months). On price and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
