Verdict
The clearest difference is update cadence: Image Size at every 5 days against Batch Resize's every 3 months. Image Size also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.6) and iOS requirement (15.6 vs 18.0). Batch Resize's advantage is ratings volume (507 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
