Control de Edificaciones vs Archireport

La aplicación permite documentar el control de ejecución de una obra en edificación. Para ello dispone de una base de datos de puntos de control que puede ser ampliada y modificada por el usuario. Se pueden gestionar múltiples obras simultáneas. Cada punto de control de la base de datos se puede asociar un número ilimitado de veces a cada obra. Con cada asociación se guarda la fecha del control y su resultado (correcto/incorrecto). También se le pueden asociar fotografías, anotaciones de texto y voz (con la única limitación de la capacidad del dispositivo). Al finalizar la obra, o en el momento que se desee, se puede generar un fichero html o pdf con todos los ítems de la obra, incluidos los comentarios, fotos y archivos de sonido asociados y enviarlo por correo electrónico. Este archivo puede ser editado y modificado por los editores más habituales. Del mismo modo se pueden enviar ítems de control individuales. En este caso solo se genera un archivo con el control seleccionado y sus documentos asociados. Los puntos de control incluidos en la base de datos no deben considerarse como obligaciones específicas del técnico director del control. Se trata de una recopilación producto de la experiencia personal del autor. La normativa vigente o los criterios de cada usuario pueden implicar definir otros puntos de control.
