Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: TimePilot Extreme Blue at 100% against Access Database Viewer's 50%. TimePilot Extreme Blue also leads on price (Free vs $4.99) and ratings volume (6 vs 1). Access Database Viewer's advantage is rating (4.0 vs 2.3) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). On ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

TimePilot Extreme Blue is free to download; Access Database Viewer costs $4.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Access Database Viewer holds the better App Store score, 4.0 against 2.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: TimePilot Extreme Blue has 6 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of TimePilot Extreme Blue's written reviews are positive against 50% of Access Database Viewer's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
TimePilot Extreme Blue ships an update every 2 months, Access Database Viewer every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
