About

inSite Pro

inSite Pro brings equipment documents and service-note preparation into one workspace for maintenance teams. Import a customer workspace supplied as an .insite pack to bring its equipment PDFs onto your iPhone or iPad. Browse the document library, open PDF pages offline, and ask about searchable document text using on-device AI on compatible devices. Answers link to supporting pages so you can check the original information. Record an equipment issue, collect observations, and prepare a service note. Add photos or files, review an email draft before sending, and return to saved activity on your device. An optional connected assistant can review questions and selected attachments through your organization's configured gateway. Connected features require network access and a compatible gateway; they are separate from local document lookup and service drafting. On-device AI requires supported Apple Intelligence hardware, iOS or iPadOS 26 or later, Apple Intelligence enabled, and an available downloaded model. Customer documents must be imported before document lookup. Document answers use extracted text; this mode does not visually interpret diagrams or photos. Check generated wording and the original documents before acting. The app is free to download. Importing your first customer pack starts a 14-day AI demo on that device. Organization deployments use separately arranged monthly or annual access for registered team devices. Pro requires a valid device license supplied for your organization; no payment or automatic charge occurs in the app. At expiration, AI access pauses while imported PDFs and saved activity remain available.
