CoCoRaHS is free to download; WDliveapp costs $0.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
CoCoRaHS holds the better App Store score, 3.8 against 1.7. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 3 and 14 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 45% of WDliveapp's written reviews are positive against 40% of CoCoRaHS's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
