The clearest difference is in-app purchases: MaxStats at none against StatSheet's 2. MaxStats also leads on rating (4.7 vs 4.3) and ratings volume (953 vs 77). StatSheet's advantage is update cadence (every 4 days vs every 3 months). On price, review sentiment, ads and device support there is nothing between them.
