Verdict
The clearest difference is price: ICG Safety at Free against CineDico's $9.99. CineDico's advantage is update cadence (every 10 days vs every 5 months) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.1). On ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
