Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: MyPreemie app at none against Preterm Growth Tracker's 2. MyPreemie app also leads on ratings volume (60 vs 1) and review sentiment (66% vs 50%). Preterm Growth Tracker's advantage is rating (4.0 vs 3.5) and update cadence (every 2 months vs every 5 months). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Preterm Growth Tracker holds the better App Store score, 4.0 against 3.5.
