Kérastase introduces K Profile, the application dedicated to salon owners and hairdressers. The application provides you a tool for a personalized diagnosis, to discover in few clicks which are the in-salon rituals and at-home programs the most adapted to each type of hair. Through a couple of questions, the application helps you to define which are the primary needs of your customers, and recommends the suitable Kérastase products. Even more, the K Profile application allows you to: • Send the diagnosis results by email to your customers • Find the previous diagnosis results, using an email address • Browse the Kérastase range of products, and consult all information you need around our products • Manage your hair salon through a tracking of associated hairdressers, and an access to statistics
