TBL Public Safety Suite app is part of a software suite that enhances the ability of first responders to collect and consume data and to share that data with other department stakeholders (e.g. prosecutors), as well as other jurisdictions. The VertALPR app uses an array of state-of-the-art neural networks to recognize and read license plates in real-time, even while driving. Plates are compared against lookup lists in real-time with fuzzy-matching. The only device you need is your phone. USING VERT ALPR IS EASY VertALPR works handheld or while driving. If using a vehicle, simply attach your phone to any windshield or dashboard mobile phone mount. Set the phone to the landscape/horizontal position and begin scanning. COMPARE AGAINST PERMIT, ALLOW, AND DISALLOW (HOT) LISTS IN REAL-TIME Plate captures and list lookups are done in real-time during scanning. VertALPR uses advanced fuzzy-matching techniques for each lookup which allows for partial plate matches. SEARCH SCAN HISTORY WITH LOCATION All scans include the original full frame of capture as well as the license plate cropped image. A geolocation tag is also included and displayed on a map. Full and partial plate searches are supported. MANAGE YOUR ALERT LISTS FROM THE APP Allow and disallow (hot) lists are managed directly in the VertALPR app. You can also add or edit individual plates. GENERATE AND EXPORT REPORTS If you need to generate and export reports, you can generate a CSV report of your scan history. A record of report generation is also created.
