Personal Security Assistant is a complementary application for our field agent custody service which tracks agents’ daily activities. The app connects to our Emergencies Command Center to provide real time assistance. The app features a Panic Button, which allows users to notify hazards. The Emergencies Command Center in Mexico City handles the panic notification and contacts local and federal authorities to provide assistance to the field agent. The application is free for you to install but you will only be assisted for the Emergencies Command Center if you have an ongoing GPS device contract with TI Latina. Please visit our web site for further information. Notice: This application tracks your device position even when it is closed. This means that our Emergencies Command Center is able to know your current location at all times. Please read our privacy policy for further information. Notice: The continuous use of background GPS localization may drastically decrease your device’s battery life.
