Yes/No Barn: Mastering the Fundamentals of Communication Help your child master one of the most essential communication skills: accurately answering "Yes" and "No." Developed by Smarty Ears, a leader in speech therapy technology, Yes/No Barn is a fun, barn-themed educational tool designed for children with speech and language delays, autism, or developmental disabilities. Answering yes/no questions is a foundational building block for functional communication, and this app provides the structured practice needed to move from basic identification to complex reasoning. Why Choose Yes/No Barn? Unlike simple flashcards, Yes/No Barn offers over 300 carefully curated questions across six developmental levels. This allows SLPs and parents to customize the experience based on the child's specific goals and cognitive level. Six Levels of Learning: Basic Questions: Simple identification (e.g., "Is this an apple?") Look & Answer: Visual discrimination based on photos (e.g., "Is he wearing shorts?") Fact-Based: General knowledge and memory (e.g., "Do snakes have legs?") Variable Answers: Personal questions tailored to the user (e.g., "Are you wearing a skirt?") Compare Pictures: High-level discrimination (e.g., "Are both items the same color?") Scene Questions: Analyzing complex environments (e.g., "Is the girl at the beach?") Features for Professionals and Parents: Multi-Player Support: Track progress for multiple students simultaneously—perfect for group therapy or families. Advanced Data Tracking: Automatically generates "Report Cards" with item analysis, showing exactly where a child is succeeding or needs more help. Multilingual Support: Available in English, Spanish, and Portuguese to support bilingual learners. Customizable Settings: Choose between text-only, audio-only, or both. Toggle specific question categories to focus on one skill at a time. Engaging Farm Theme: Fun animal sounds and adorable barn graphics keep children motivated and engaged. Features of Number Blast! • Three educational games that help students (ages 5-7) exercise their memory • Players must find sequences of numbers in forward and reverse order • Helps train attention, memory and focus • Difficulty level is automatically adjusted • Two-Player Option is available • Scores are automatically saved to show progress and can be used to identify a child's success. • Scores can also be emailed to keep a record of a child's progress. • Colorful graphics and lively music make this game fun to play • Kid-safe: No third party ads or tracking This game helps young children develop their memory and attention skills while providing practice recognizing numbers. Children, ages 5 to 7, will have fun playing and learning in settings ranging from card games to a night sky of fireworks. All of BrainTrain games are specially created to help children practice the cognitive abilities important in school and life. The games automatically adjust to allow children to learn at a level of difficulty personalized for them. As they succeed, new challenges at harder levels will be presented. Children will be challenged to develop their thinking speed as they are required to respond faster and faster in order to win. While a child's difficulty level is automatically adjusted based on his or her performance, it can be easily modified by parents or teachers when necessary. Distraction stimuli can also be added to reinforce increased focus and the ability to stay on task. In addition, a two player option is available which helps children learn how to take turns and be both a good winner and a good loser. This memory training game for numbers becomes more challenging as players succeed and improve their memory. Each game level must be completed for grades to be saved in single player mode. Please note that no grades are saved in two player mode. Two player mode only records which Player (1 or 2) won the match after three rounds are completed. A training session is completed only when the program is stopped and then removed from memory. If the program is left open in the background and it is selected, then the last session started will be continued. The app will start off with a 60 minute trial version. You can modify the options and run the games during this trial period. Once the trial has ended, you will need to make a one-time in-app purchase to unlock the games for unlimited use.
