The clearest difference is rating: Nexus Magic at 5.0 against A Magic Camera's 3.0. Nexus Magic also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 1) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 7 months). A Magic Camera's advantage is iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.0). On price, review sentiment, ads and device support there is nothing between them.
