Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: 小說閱讀吧 at 96% against Readmoo 看書's 53%. 小說閱讀吧 also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 16.0). Readmoo 看書's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 10) and rating (4.8 vs 4.6). On price, update cadence, ads and monetization model there is nothing between them.
Scored on Price · Rating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings · Update frequency · Ads · In-app purchases · Monetization · Best chart rank · Devices · Requires iOS
Both are free to download. 小說閱讀吧 sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per month. Readmoo 看書 asks for nothing beyond the download.
Readmoo 看書 holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Readmoo 看書 has 1.5K ratings behind it against 157, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 53% of Readmoo 看書's written reviews are positive against 96% of 小說閱讀吧's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Readmoo 看書 ships an update fortnightly, 小說閱讀吧 monthly. The most recent releases landed on November 6, 2026 and November 7, 2026 respectively.
