Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: PAX POSLink at 5.0 against Rapid RMS's 4.1. PAX POSLink also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.6). Rapid RMS's advantage is ratings volume (22 vs 1) and update cadence (every 2 months vs every 6 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
